Rayvag Wagon has its own 3500 meter rail line and provides periodic revision, maintenance and repair of freight wagons, spare parts supply and Fleet Maintenance Services (ECM) services on a total area of ​​58000 square meters, of which 8500 square meters is closed area and 49500 square meters is open area. Our workshop is located in the Adana Organized Industrial Zone, 100 kilometers from Mersin Port and 100 kilometers from Iskenderun Port, through which the Adana – Iskenderun main railway line passes. RAYVAG provides services with a professional organizational approach in accordance with UIC, RIV, RID standards with its CNC and NC machine park, sandblasting, painting, drying oven systems, wheel disassembly and assembly press, wheel lathe and technical team, some of which have TCDD experience, created for the purpose of providing these services. .
