Our company emerged as a necessity as a result of the successful entrepreneurial projects of our Founder As\u0131m S\u00fczen in the past years.<\/p>

Mr. As\u0131m, one of the pioneers of private sector wagon transportation, founded RAYVAG Wagon company in 2008, taking into account both the wagon maintenance demands that will arise after railway wagon management initiatives and the demands that will shift to railways due to increasing fuel and operating costs in the road logistics sector.<\/p>

Rayvag Wagon became the first private sector Railway Maintenance Workshop in the railway sector upon its establishment. In addition, as a pioneer of firsts, it also received the title of the first private sector wagon manufacturer.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Between 2013 and 2016, RAYVAG produced two different types of wagons in accordance with UIC standards, and the prototypes of these produced models were subjected to static and dynamic tests by the expert team of ITU (Istanbul Technical University) in T\u00dcRASA\u015e Eski\u015fehir facilities, with the permission of TCDD, and they were very successful in these tests. results have been received. Production permission was obtained for the wagons and their production continued until the TSI compliance requirement for wagon manufacturing in our country came into force.<\/p>

In 2018, it entered into a partnership initiative with Greenbrier Europe, and in this process, it completed the project of 75 tank wagons with TSI certification for K\u00f6rfez Transportation, a T\u00fcpra\u015f subsidiary. Rayvag Wagon has its own 3500 meter rail line and provides periodic revision, maintenance and repair of freight wagons, spare parts supply and Fleet Maintenance Services (ECM) services on a total area of \u200b\u200b58000 square meters, of which 8500 square meters is closed area and 49500 square meters is open area.<\/p>

Our workshop is located in the Adana Organized Industrial Zone, 100 kilometers from Mersin Port and 100 kilometers from Iskenderun Port, through which the Adana – Iskenderun main railway line passes.<\/p>

RAYVAG provides services with a professional organizational approach in accordance with UIC, RIV, RID standards with its CNC and NC machine park, sandblasting, painting, drying oven systems, wheel disassembly and assembly press, wheel lathe and technical team, some of which have TCDD experience, created for the purpose of providing these services. .<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
